1 The full automatic high - speed flexo ink flexo printing slotting die cutting machine gluing bundling linkage line is composed of feeding unit , printing unit , die cutting & slotting unit , correcting & counting output , these five units .
2 The machine adopts high quality steel welding carefully proceesd and assembled.
3 The machine is in uasge of docking with the die cutting & slotting unit ,Couplet of communicationi with electrical control system of printing department .
4 when the printing units starts to run , the gluingunit will start along itself .
5 Automatically providing the glue , glue loop , no artifically adding glue ,save time and effort .
6 Stainless steel coated wheel , corrosion resistanec , wear resistance , uniform glue ,glue saving and glue quantity is about one third of amount of artifically glue .
7 Folding department is equipped with adjustable preesing - line wheel , making cartons be folded more smoothly ,glue more beautiful and exact .
8 Carton are piled up and correction in counting unit , stable security output ,accuarte without error ,digital control , input without stopping
